International education and research in wildlife tracking and ecology, bushcraft and human culture

PROGRAMS

For aspiring Trackers, we offer in-person Tracker Programs, Mentoring, and Cybertracker Evaluations. Recently, we’ve added a correspondence initiative called Tracker Mentoring, where you can sign up for online tracking courses within a community of peers from all over the world.

We also custom design academic Study Abroad programs for high schools, colleges, universities, wilderness schools, and tracking clubs – these programs can include both an on-line, distance learning component, and an experiential, in-the-field component.

For non-academics, we offer life-changing, international adventure programs.

We are always looking to expand our portfolio but it is important to us that we are a “good fit” for your program. What this means is that we are interested in real learning and real experiences that help to shape or reshape the ways that people think about themselves, others (human and non-human), and the land.

Kersey and Lee spend most of their time between the Greater Kruger Area of South Africa and the Northeastern region of the USA, but we also have venues and expert experience across the USA, Europe, South America, South Africa, Botswana, Rwanda, Uganda, Congo, Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, India… and are willing to travel and create the right program for you in your area of interest.

Cal & Sandy are based in the Midwestern/Appalachian region of the USA and are developing a rapidly expanding community of trackers, folks interested in bushcraft skills, and international travelers.

Please see the drop down menu under the Programs tab for descriptions and examples of our work, and visit our NEWSletter to read about past programs. Subscribe to our NEWSletter if you want to keep updated with our latest programs and interesting discoveries in tracking, ecology, and culture.

We frequently have programs running that you won’t see advertised, because they are for private groups, but ask us and we can send you sample itineraries that will help you plan your next adventure with us!

Brandon Willis Legacy Scholarship

One hundred percent of donations made in Brandon’s name are set aside to help provide for a high school or college student to travel to South Africa to participate in an Original Wisdom program. The student must have a strong passion for photography and/or wildlife tracking and be a part of a program or class that is learning about and working towards conservation.
